Beautiful showroom, wide selection of new and used watches, and amazing staff. I, for one, am not in a fancy industry, nor do I come from or have a ton of money. I am however saving up for a nice watch. Michelle (Mangoubi) has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to not only help me with what I think I want, but to recommend options that I had never been aware of. Customer service like this creates loyalty and I’m a huge fan of how michelle operates. Thank you in advance and I look forward to making my goal a reality sooner than later !!!

I’ve been in a few times to kick the tires on watches. Every time the staff has been very nice and very helpful. I popped in today because a watch bracelet was missing a tiny screw and Traci (and an unnamed gentleman) were very accommodating and refused to accept any payment for the service. When it’s time to pull the trigger on a new watch, this is where I’ll head.
